Mark Cadby is the owner and founder of Frontier Solutions. His experience in IT and Project Management spans more than twenty six years, working within the finance sector and software industry.
Mark started his career in financial software development and has worked in both Production and Project roles in most areas of global financial organisations. During his IT and Project Management career Mark has worked in Jersey, Europe, Australasia and Africa. It is this wide experience and knowledge of IT systems and business needs, which allows him to be able to bring clarity on issues to both groups.
His experience in Wealth Management business includes Banking, Funds and Securities and in the last six years he has focused on outsourcing related projects in all three of these areas. His attention to detail and planning along with his control and analysis skills has transformed many projects into successful implementations.

With experience over the last 25 years within the Offshore Trust Industry David brings a unique and practical approach to solving compliance impacting challenges. This has resulted recently in the launch of the FITIGE Software Development Partnership which is tasked with creating systems to address compliance related procedural needs within the offshore industry.
